Q) How long does the shipment order take to deliver?
We try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. Processing and dispatching an order ideally is done within 4-5 working days. However, the delivery date depends on your PIN code. A standard delivery date is mentioned in the order confirmation email. In case of an unusual delay in dispatch due to any unavoidable reason, our team will notify you promptly.
Q) How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details and the website link to track your order via the email address you provided during checkout.
Q) Can I purchase different products for different shipment addresses in one order?
We can process only one shipping address per order. If you want to order items to be shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Q) Do I have to incur additional charges for international shipping?
                           Please note that we charge a shipping fee for international orders.
Q) Are there any additional charges aside from the price of the product for international shipment?
                          In addition to the charges made on our site, your country may impose import                                    duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your location. These import dutiesvary                            by country and are usually paid to the courier partner upon delivery. Our courier                                partners pay these charges on our behalf initially, but you are responsible for                                      clearing and paying these import duties at the time of delivery.
Q) Who are the courier partners of Zoop Men?
All Zoop Men orders are shipped from our manufacturing unit in Delhi, India, to the shipping address provided by the customer via courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, United Couriers, and Tirupati Couriers.
